     I like the punctuation. It a neat way to show they’re speaking Spanish without footnotes.

       The story does not focus on it, but yes, the Girls speak Spanish and have Latin heritage. The previous page also has (very) subtle hints at their location.

   Interesting use of mystery in the set up. I’m curious what your influences are for the story.

     My influences are a mixture of action comics like Amazing Spider-man, X-Men, Fathom and TMNT. The comic pacing and style owes a lot to Spider-man loves Mary Jane, Super Dimension Fortress Macross, Bubble Gum Crisis, Ghost in the Shell, and a little of Sailor Moon.
     Cinematic influences are Star Wars and Indiana Jones movies.
     All of this spiced with a little of Asimov’s storytelling.
     There, now you know =)

     I’m an old fashioned superhero comic lover. And I love the Sunday serials feel of the Indy movies. How could I not end-up doing a serial super-heroine story?
