That strange stuff on his forearms – is that ropey veins or something more sinister? It almost looks like plant life. Color me intrigued.

The sentence in the last panel is a little “off.” I’m not 100% sure what you’re trying to say, but I think instead of “We were so close, isn’t it?” it should be “We were so close, weren’t we, T.X.?”

I never saw the black and white versions, but the color versions are just fine, to me.
